Spring skiing is in full swing. The days are warming up and soon we will be skiing in t-shirts. Chair 1 (Broadway Express) out of Main Lodge has been shut down so construction can start on a new 6-pack chair to replace the existing 4-pack.
Last Tuesday was the first day of Spring but Winter isn't done yet. The Mammoth snow report shows that we've received over 8” of fresh snow in the last couple of days. It is snowing as I type this!

What a difference a week makes. This time last week the worst storm I have experienced in the sixteen years I have lived here was baring down on the Sierra. We go about 3-4 feet of snow and 100 feet of wind.
