Welcoming the First Snow in Mammoth this Season
The temps have dropped and we have awoken to snow two days in a row. Winter is knocking and ski season is around the corner. Mammoth Mountain is due to open for the season in 28 days! The forecast is for the temps to remain below freezing for the next two weeks (at least) and those are perfect conditions for the Mountain to start making snow.
For all you dog lovers….. Mammoth just opened a wonderful new dog park! Located on one acre at 190 College Parkway. It has both small and large dog sections with a double entry gate system. Surrounded by a 5 foot fence the two sections have fake grass, dirt and areas of rocks, shrubs and trees. There are benches, water stations, parking for 40 cars and a bathroom. I am still dog-less after losing Atticus in November but have been going there for dog therapy.
We had Northern lights……. please forgive me crumby photos below.
If you haven’t visited Mammoth Butcher you must go. Not only fish and meat but some incredible prepared dishes. GO!
Mammoth Lakes Events
Between now and the opening of Mammoth Mountain for the winter season the best events are all around Halloween.

is a 2+3. Each of the 2 bedrooms has an en suite bathroom. There is an additional bathroom on the main level. Beautiful condo. One block from the Village, the Village Gondola, shops and restaurants. This unit has 2 assigned underground parking spots. This is golden. HOAs $880 monthly. $999,000
is a 2+2 remodeled unit, walking distance to Eagle Lodge. Covered parking for one car. Aspen Creek has been undergoing a huge remodel….. Roof, siding and windows. All are done on the building that this unit is in. There is rumor that there is going to be an additional assessment…. ask me for updates.
