Community Overview
Crowley Lake is a hidden gem just 15 miles (15-20 minutes) south of Mammoth. Known for its stunning views and proximity to its namesake, this community of approximately 1,000 people lies about 1,300 feet lower in elevation than Mammoth so it gets less snow and melts out earlier. Crowley Lake has a general store, a mini skateboard park and world class trout fishing, along with access to kayaking, water skiing and paddle boarding.
