It has been a bit of a crazy week with lots of great condo listings coming on the market.  Canyon and Eagle Lodges closed after the annual Pond Skim on April 15th and owners who had been thinking about selling took the opportunity to get on the market.  There are thirteen new condo listings so far this month.

It could be converted back to a single family residence.  It will be going on the market around $769,000.  This price could change.
